Time to bid good bye to ACTL (Avani Cimcon Technologies Ltd.)

Its time to bid good bye to ACTL, as they say your first job is very close to your heart I realize how true its is .I learned a lot of things in last two and a half year, I saw many things from increments, working late in the night to meet deadline to people being laid off that is when a realized how different the corporate life is from our rosy college life. I made some really good friends; parting with them will be very nostalgic. Things were getting very predictive at ACTL, DNN for me had become stale plus I could hardly see any happy faces around in the office which wasn’t the case when I joined ACTL, people were really satisfied and happy back then ACTL was renowned for very well paying their employees but things changed in last two and half years. And off course money is also one of the reasons and the main reason I decided to move on.

I loved ACTL so much so that at once I started negotiating with management for money, later on I realized staying back this way will not be good, this thing will always play on mind of management and on my mind as well, they’ll have more expectations and I’ll have more obligations, so I decided to move on. Having said that short comings do exist everywhere things are rapidly improving at ACTL with CEO getting involved in day today chores of the company. I am a big fan of Mr. Mehta (CEO) he has certain charm and posses so much positive energy, with he around employees indeed feel good. Not only that I really relate to some of his philosophy like he says there is no problem for which we cant find solution , everything has a solution, and another one “charity begins at home”, we should introspect and improve ourselves rather than keep blaming others. He really commands respect of people around him. I would really like to see ACTL progressing and reach the top.

I am joining Cybage, and I must confess I am really nervous about it, nervous about the new environment, new people and many new things but then again that’s part and parcel of life I look forward to new challenges new things to learn and achieve new heights. I am keeping my fingers cross.
